Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship from Singapore to Singapore and selected countries. You'll see the countries available at checkout.
In-stock orders
- Processing: We dispatch orders within [1–2] working days of payment.
- Singapore: Delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Orders over S$88 ship free. Otherwise shipping is S$4.
- International: Delivery takes [7–14] working days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat S$[12].
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Pre-order items
- Pre-order items are made in limited batches and are not yet in stock. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page.
- Pre-orders ship in [X–Y weeks] from the date shown on the product page. Once they ship, delivery times are the same as for in-stock orders above.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship everything together once the pre-order items are ready, unless you ask us to send the in-stock items first. Email us if you'd like that.
- If your estimated ship date changes by more than [2 weeks], we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Singapore may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Delays and lost parcels
Couriers can occasionally be late. If your parcel hasn't arrived after [X] working days past the estimate, email us and we'll investigate with the courier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
